• Minimum stay 2 nights: (may be more depending on holiday periods; Easter, Christmas, New Year and other bank holidays)

• House is not adapted to welcome small children (pool not safe for children, no bath tub in bathroom, no additional bed and cots)

• Domestic pets are not allowed

• Reservation: an initial deposit, equal to 30% of total amount (with a minimum charge of one night) is required to confirm your reservation.

• Payment: the balance of the total reservation will be charged on the day of arrival.

• Cancellation:

More than 30 days before arrival: 10%
From 8 days to 30 days before arrival: 50%
Up to 7 days before arrival: 100%
